Statement of Consent

I hereby grant my consent to the registration of my personal data by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I understand that the information will be accessible for all other members of the Partner Network. I am aware that I can withdraw my consent by contacting the following email address: [email protected] at all times, which will result in termination of membership.

Privacy notice

In relation to the request of membership of the MFA Partner Network, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will process the following personal data:

 

  • Full name of the applicant
  • Full name of the applicant’s partner
  • Previous postings
  • Vocational qualifications

 

The purpose of collecting this personal data is to establish a network between partners of employees at the MFA who are employed under the compulsory posting scheme. Upon registration of the personal data, the data will become available to all members of the Partner Network through the Partner Network website.

 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will store a member’s data for the duration of the specific membership. Upon termination of the membership of the Partner Network, the data will be deleted in accordance with applicable legislation.

 

The responsibility of correctly handling the data lies with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.

 

In connection with the Ministry’s processing of personal data, you have the right to:

  • Request for access to your personal data
  • Request the rectification of inaccurate personal data
  • Request that your personal data is erased
  • Request that the Ministry’s processing is restricted
  • Object to the Ministry’s otherwise lawful processing
  • File a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency. Contact information for the Danish Data Protection Agency is available at www.datatilsynet.dk

 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the data controller of the processing of personal data described above.
